Step 1: Our analysis begins by obtaining a thorough understanding of your current talent management processes, philosophy and company culture. This is achieved through a brief interview and the completion of a proprietary questionnaire.

Step 2: We analyze the information collected against integrated talent management strategies and proven best practices gathered from working with hundreds of organizations of all sizes.

Step 3: We meet with you on site for a day to present our findings and to discuss alternatives that more closely align your processes to best practices - always within the framework of your organization’s philosophy and culture. We also present to you an analysis framework and tools that can be used by you to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of talent management process changes.

Step 4: Our engagement ends by delivering a report to you that details our recommendations.
