For over a decade, Erik has designed talent management processes and solutions for some of the most complex business scenarios.  Erik began his professional career by designing processes and software for high availability / mission critical environments in the aerospace industry. After receiving his MBA, Erik began applying his experience and innovative tools to the talent management space, working with 20-person startups experiencing hypergrowth to global organizations with over 30 divisions and 90,000 employees.
He has a long and successful track record designing  and implementing scalable HR service delivery models, as well as integrated talent management, compensation planning, HR data audit, job market pricing, time capture, performance management, succession planning processes, and system deployment strategies. His clients have included Cabot Industries, Cendant, Culinary Institute of America, Cytec Industries, H&M, Merck, Roche Laboratories, Susquehanna International Group (SIG), and White Mountain Reinsurance Group. He is the former Chief Architect and CEO of CadreHR®, one of the first integrated web-based talent management systems. Erik is on the editorial committee for IHRIM.Link, the bi-monthly publication of the International HR Information Management Society (IHRIM), as well as Vice President and Founding Board Member of the Professional Exchange of HR Solutions (PEHRS). He has a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Scott is an experienced consultant and lifelong entrepreneur. As an independent consultant, he has helped companies evaluate, select, and implement talent management technology solutions, including performance management, compensation management, career development, succession planning, and learning management. His clients include Barclays Global Investors, biogen idec, Capital One, Cendant, ConocoPhillips, Hyatt Hotels, Kindred Healthcare, Northwestern Mutual, Panera Bread, Raytheon, Sabre, Sprint, and Texans Credit Union.

Prior to his HR technology consulting, he was COO and Director of Technology at an early stage human capital management software company, where in 2002, he partnered with a world renowned consultant to develop an online performance management system. He was a senior writer for the Human Capital Institute. He served in the Peace Corps in Ghana, West Africa and worked in rural community development in Illinois and Kansas. Scott is a proven entrepreneurial leader in business, economic development, and academia. He has an MA and PhD coursework in Economics, and a BS in Business Administration.
